Tehran Dibagaran Art and Culture institute Started it’s activities in 1379 in accordance to the activities of Tehran institute of technology (Mojtame Fanni Tehran) that has more than 25 years experience in training and education. The main activities of Dibagaran are international education according to the highest international standard of universities of the world.
